About the Instructor
Born into a cooking dynasty in Lombardy on the shores of Lake Como, Northern Italy, Alessandro was inspired by Mamma “Ines” & Nonna “Pia” from early ages. They nurtured his love of cooking and gave him the confidence to grow.
Alessandro honed his skills at some of the most prestigious hotels in the world such Villa d’este in Italy, Splendid Royale in Lugano, Hotel Carlton in St Moritz, La Sella Golf Resort in Spain. Since 2008, he has worked in Indonesia at one of the best hotels in Jakarta and the Italian icon “La Luce” restaurant.
Now at De Boni Cucina Italiana in Gading Serpong, Chef Alessandro serves traditional Italian dishes, emphasizing quality and freshness of Indonesian produce, adding his creative touch and technique.
