Two very sharp rocker blades: once the blade is open, there are 2 parallel blades that work quickly and efficiently for mincing and chopping leafy herbs and salad greens. Use with garlic and other spices. Swinging the knife back and forth means less pressure, and less time to prep in the kitchen.
Ergonomically designed soft grip: The handle is shaped like a crescent moon, to fit snugly in the palm of your hand. With a soft touch texture, the handle is easy to hold, and non-slip. This grip style reduces wrist pain from cutting. The blade is made of stainless steel so it will not rust.
