About the Instructor
Miranti is an architect with a passion for cooking. Following a sabbatical leave a few years ago, she enrolled in the culinary technique training program at International Culinary Center in New York to refine her culinary skill. Currently, aside from working on her design projects, she is also running a home kitchen production & private dining events with Dapur Matah Api brand.
