About the Instructor
Married to a Taiwanese Family, Evelyne Tarjanto learned how to make dumplings from scratch using a recipe that has been passed from generation to generation from her Mother-in-law. Like the movie Crazy Rich Asians, family members sit down together to make dumplings and stocked them.

After 10 years in the US, Evelyne returned to Indonesia in 2020 and started making and selling dumpling online. The business has grown and in 2021 she opened retail store offering frozen and ready-to-eat dumpling.
