Same Day Delivery

Same-day delivery service applies to orders that weigh less than 7 kg per order.
Same-day delivery service only applies to orders that have been received and payments confirmed before the daily cut-off time (14:00 WIB).
For payment with Bank Transfer or Virtual Account, payment must be completed before the cut-off time. Any payment after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next day.

Services

  1. All Pantry Magic services only operate in our Flagship store at Kemang, Jakarta.
  2. We will do a quality control check first to inform the estimated cost and after we finish the services to ensure that they are well and free of flaws.
  3. Shipping costs for both sending, receiving, and insuring any goods or goods sent in for service, will be covered by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their delivery.
  4. We will not guarantee the result of the quality or damage we cause while performing products that you bought from other stores.
  5. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods back within;
    • Sharpened knife= 1 day(machine) and 4-5 days (manual technique)
    • Descaled coffee machine= 1 day
    • Seasoned cast iron/carbon steel= 1 week
    • Polished copper cookware= 1 day
  6. Pantry Magic is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged goods by the shipping company, or any damages that could have occurred by poor packaging by the customer.
