About the Instructor

Yvonne was born in Shanghai, and learned to cook traditional Chinese cooking from her grandmother. She is very passionate about cooking and always strive to improve her cooking techniques by learning and practicing from various sources. She has taught various private classes and her class in Pantry Magic was a hit. She now developed her own brand of private dining, YY Private Dining, which is gaining popularity from her authentic technique combined with modern presentation.
