The Dedica KG521.M is a conical burr coffee grinder made by DeLonghi Italy, designed for home use to grind coffee beans with adjustable fineness based on your brewing method (espresso, drip/pour-over, or French press).

It uses stainless steel conical burrs that help preserve coffee aroma by minimizing heat and friction during grinding.
There are 18 grind settings ranging from fine to coarse, suitable for different brewing styles.
It also includes an “aroma/strength” selector with at least three options: light, normal, and strong.
A cup selector lets you choose how many cups you want (from 1 to 14), and the grinder automatically grinds the right amount.
Bean hopper capacity: approximately 350 g.
Ground coffee container: you can grind directly into a portafilter (for espresso) or into the included ground coffee container.
