About the Instructor
Stefu Santoso, renowned as one of Indonesia’s finest chefs, has an illustrious culinary career that began in 1998 and includes roles in prominent international hotels, becoming the Executive Chef of The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta at the age of 33. He later took on the role of Executive Chef at APREZ Catering, AMUZ GOURMET Restaurant, and Energy Café in Jakarta, restaurants founded by Chef Gilles Marx. Stefu is highly regarded for his many awards and achievement in local and international competitions. He managed the Indonesian team for Bocuse D’Or, leading them to the world final in Lyon 2011.
