Microplane Grip’n Strip Straight Blade Peeler

The two-way knife adapts to the shape and size of whatever food you are preparing. The straight knife is designed to cut to the right skin depth in root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, beets and turnips, as well as in elongated vegetables such as zucchini and cucumber.
