Pantry Magic is excited to bring our first South African cuisine workshop for you.

 

South African cuisine is quite heavily influenced by European culture (Dutch, British, Portuguese) from 17th century and later Asian (including Indonesia) from 19th century due to the arrival of indentured laborers. In this first workshop, Robyn will share about one of the most popular sauces from South Africa, Peri-Peri sauce.

About the Instructor

After studying as a chef at Prue Leith College in South Africa, Robyn worked both at home and abroad in many different parts of the industry. For 15 years she explored the industry from restaurants, to hotels, events, catering and even commercial food styling for film and television. She has also been a regular contributor over the years to food magazines and publications. She has been in Indonesia for about 3 years and looks forward to bring a taste of home to Indonesia.
